The whole thing is cleverly designed as a PR campaign and professionally supported on social media. There is nothing wrong with that. Specifically, it concerns Marlene Engelhorn from Vienna, a distant descendant of BASF founder Friedrich Engelhorn. With her campaign, she is dealing very seriously with the topic of inheritance and wealth distribution. The response to the redistribution, as Engelhorn calls it, of the total of almost 25 million euros was great: the media reported on it and Engelhorn gave many interviews.
