Former managing director Fabio Paratici, who was banned for 30 months, was hit even harder. The court is also keen to extend the penalties beyond Serie A to other European leagues and competitions. For Paratici, that would mean vacating his position as sporting director at Tottenham Hotspur. The 50-year-old took up the position at Spurs in the summer of 2021.
