A car driver in Bavaria invented an accident. As the police announced on Saturday, the 56-year-old told officials from the Bamberg autobahn police that a driver overtook her on the A73 at the Memmelsdorf exit and drove off her left wing mirror. However, a review of the alleged scene of the accident revealed that the woman had strayed from the lane without any outside interference, grazed a delineator post and a traffic sign. The police initiated proceedings against the 56-year-old.
