Bad allegations against Nick Carter (42)!

A 39-year-old woman claims she was raped by the Backstreet Boy. TMZ and Rolling Stone magazine, among others, report on this.

According to Shannon Ruth, the former teenage crush abused her on a bus in 2001. Carter chose her from a number of fans who were waiting for autographs at a concert in Washington.

The then 17-year-old, who claims to have autism and cerebral palsy (spastic disorder of the nervous and muscular system), initially claims to have received an alcoholic drink called “VIP juice” from the singer.

Nick Carter reportedly called victim “retarded bitch”.

Nick Carter then forced her to perform oral sex, held her down on the bed and entered her vaginally.

At a news conference, Shannon Ruth said, “The last 21 years have been filled with pain, confusion, frustration, shame and self-harm that are a direct result of Nick Carter raping me.”

The Backstreet Boy called her a “retarded bitch” after the abuse and wanted to silence her. The 39-year-old called the fan favorite “evil and threatening”.

Not the first allegations of this kind against Nick Carter

TMZ quoted an unnamed source as saying: “This allegation is categorically false. Nick is focused on his family and mourns the loss of his brother.” Aaron Carter († 34) was found dead in his California villa in early November.

Spicy: The abuse allegations against Nick Carter are not the first of their kind! In 2017, Melissa Amber Schuman accused him of raping her more than a decade earlier.

At that time, after examining the case, the responsible public prosecutor’s office refused to take action against the singer. The reason: The allegations were time-barred in California.

Shannon Ruth has now filed a lawsuit in the state of Nevada.
