After her husband got out of the car in a traffic jam to smoke, a woman near Füssen drove on without him. The police in Bavaria was informed about a pedestrian on the Autobahn 7 in the Füssen border tunnel, as the officials announced on Sunday.
As it turned out, it was the forgotten man who was looking for his wife. She drove on when the traffic jam suddenly cleared.
A patrol picked up the man on Saturday and was finally able to reach the woman by phone. She picked him up and the two of them continued their journey together. The police could not say anything about further details on Sunday.
