In February, four girls between the ages of 14 and 17 are said to have attacked a 13-year-old in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein. You have been warned. Now social work awaits them.

In the process of attacking a 13-year-old girl in Heide in Schleswig-Holstein, the district court in Meldorf warned four young women on Tuesday. They have to do community service every 50 hours and complete anti-violence and victim empathy training as a group, said a spokeswoman for the Itzehoe district court. The warning was given for dangerous bodily harm in combination with coercion, damage to property and violation of personal rights through image recordings.

Beatings and humiliation filmed

The accused, aged 14 to 17, are said to have beaten and humiliated the girl on February 21. The act was filmed on a smartphone and distributed on the Internet. The event had triggered nationwide horror. The hearing before a juvenile court took place behind closed doors.

According to the spokeswoman, three out of four defendants said they would not appeal. For them, the judgment is final.
