Refined Martinique

“We will also try to show solidarity with our teams, since we have in our ranks, in the hospitals of Ile-de-France, in the Parisian hospitals, a certain number of colleagues who are of West Indian origin, of Martinican origin, some of whom have had their leave and are on site. We are going to suggest that they take a few days of volunteering at the hospital, ”added Martin Hirsch.

“We do everything we can, each other, to help each other in these very complicated situations,” he continued. Martinique, where a curfew was already in effect, will be confined again from Friday for at least three weeks. In the neighboring islands of the French Antilles – Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélémy – the state of health emergency was declared on Wednesday.
