The operation, led by the anti-terrorist sub-directorate and the judicial police took place mainly in Haute-Corse but also in the Far South. The old and the new executive of Corsica Libera are concerned by these arrests. Activists of the movement also prevented for about an hour the transfer to the police station of one of the people arrested in the Saint-Antoine district, in Bastia, as shown by photos shared by the Facebook page of U Ribombu Internaziunale.
