Impunity on the Internet is not always acceptable. A 44-year-old individual was presented to a judge this Friday afternoon, in immediate appearance, at the Marseille court, after threatening on social networks to “rape and kill” the ecologist deputy Sandrine Rousseau, reports Provence.
According to BFM Marseille, the man is in a state of legal recidivism for having already harassed a youtubeuse. Originally from Aubagne, he asked for a delay in order to prepare his defense. He will be tried on March 29 and has been placed under judicial supervision until his appearance.
