That’s what Berlin electrician Viktor Kudinski (Moritz Bleibtreu) calls supposedly defective devices that have to be sent back to the manufacturer. That’s how he gets out of trouble when things get tough. And that’s how he sells more special guarantees, which bring extra money into the tradesman’s coffers. “Viktor brings it” is the name of his one-man service company – even when Viktor gets reinforcements: his son Mika (Enzo Brumm) has moved from Munich to Berlin, wants to study and earn some extra money on the side. So he starts working for his father, whom he hasn’t seen for years.
