AAt first glance, Amazon’s advertising sounds attractive. The new Visa credit card has no annual fee, a starting credit of 15 euros and a so-called cashback of one percent for every purchase at Amazon, while other retailers still offer 0.5 percent. “The ideal shopping card,” advertises Amazon, and: “Every purchase is worthwhile.” The customer, or so it sounds, can not only shop with the credit card, but also get money back on an ongoing basis. Risks? What risks?
