Airbus triples its profit in the first quarter and expects to deliver 720 planes this year

Airbus’ profit in the first quarter of 2022 was 1.22 billion euros, compared to 362 million euros in the same period of 2021. A monthly production that must increase

After a complicated period during the health crisis, the industrial giant is showing optimism in the long term. In particular, it plans to move to monthly production of 75 A320 Family aircraft by 2025, up from 45 at the end of last year.

“We anticipate continued growth in demand for commercial aircraft driven by the A320 Family.
