Will Smith has retired after the Oscars scandal. Now the actor has been spotted at the airport in India.
Is Will Smith (53) retiring abroad after the Oscar scandal last month? After the actor accepted the Academy’s decision to ban him from the Oscars for ten years, Smith has made it rare for the time being. He was spotted alone at the airport in Mumbai, India, on Saturday.
The US portal “Page Six” There are photos and videos showing Smith having his luggage loaded into a car. The actor is beaming and apparently takes photos with some fans. It is not known what plans he has for his stay in India.
Slap overshadows his award
Smith received his first Oscar at this year’s Academy Awards for his performance in “King Richard.” He was awarded Best Actor.
However, his victory was overshadowed by an attack by the award winner on Chris Rock (57). Smith suddenly slapped the comedian after he made a joke on stage about Jada Pinkett Smith’s (50) bald head. Because of an illness-related hair loss, Will Smith’s wife wears her hair razor-short. After the scandal, the Oscar winner was excluded from all Oscar ceremonies for ten years.
