A heavily drunk 28-year-old slept on the shoulder of Autobahn 93 in Lower Bavaria after his girlfriend dumped him there. The two are said to have argued in the car after visiting a disco together on Sunday morning, a police spokesman said.
The 22-year-old driver then kicked out her boyfriend near Kirchdorf in the Kelheim district. According to police statements, he “allowed himself a break” on the hard shoulder and then alerted the officials at the next emergency telephone. The 22-year-old now has to answer for the suspension.
