A 14-year-old teenager was seriously injured with a stabbing weapon on Wednesday in the hyper-center of Reims, and his alleged attacker, of the same age, arrested and placed in police custody, said the prosecution.
The vital prognosis of the victim is engaged, specified the prosecutor of Reims, Matthieu Bourette. The teenager was stabbed at around noon, near the city’s cathedral.
His alleged attacker was quickly arrested and taken into custody on account of the attempted assassination, added the prosecutor, without further details immediately on the background of this attack.
