An SMS sent at the end of the morning

Although the fire was brought under control quickly, an SMS was still sent the next day. “This device can also be used to inform, even a posteriori, by transparency, ”continued the mayor’s office.

The SMS in question was sent at the end of the morning, but some inhabitants did not receive it until the beginning of the afternoon, specifies 76 News. Technical problems are involved. But according to the president of the Rouen Respire association, the message was sent after he “put the pressure” after seeing the information on social networks.

This event comes as the region was marked in September 2019 by the major fire at the Lubrizol factory.
