“A pride”… Antoine Griezmann enters the Grévin museum after Zidane and Mbappé

Without being a great art expert, we can say that this statue is much more successful than the bronze bust of Cristiano Ronaldo at Madeira Airport. The wax replica of Antoine Griezmann has been enthroned since Monday at the Grévin museum, alongside other footballers, such as Zinedine Zidane or Kylian Mbappé.

The 2018 world champion appears with the Blue jersey celebrating one of his 42 goals scored in 117 selections. “It’s a pride to be here, and I hope to do like Zidane, renew [mon bail] every 10 years”, reacted with humor the striker of Atletico Madrid, author of an authentic golazo against Sevilla FC (6-1), Saturday in La Liga.

“I am very proud, it’s a very good job, thank you very much”, continued “Grizou” (32 years old on March 21), welcoming in particular the Grévin Academy, chaired by Stéphane Bern, responsible for choosing who will remain frozen within the walls of the museum for the next few years.
