The civil police are in mourning in Brazil. In the state of Ceara, in the north of the country, an inspector shot and killed four of his colleagues on Sunday in the police station where they worked, authorities said.
The crime took place in Camocim, 354 kilometers from Fortaleza, the capital of Ceara, police said on Instagram.
The motive still unknown
The suspect, who was on leave, fled in a police vehicle after committing the quadruple murder. He then went to a military police barracks, a municipality security official told local news portal G1. Authorities are investigating the motive for the killing.
