Seen several times in different places in Loire-Atlantique, the animal had been photographed in Saint-Nazaire but could not be captured. It was a couple from Noirmoutier who had been able to seize the female while she was drinking in her pool, reports France 3. Fed by its temporary hosts, the macaw was returned to its owner who brought it back to the male.
