According to information from Provence, a 42-year-old man was arrested on Monday evening near Anse de Maldormé, in the 7th arrondissement of Marseille. He is suspected of having photographed and filmed the private parts of young girls with his mobile phone. The files would then have been passed on to others.
The man was taken into custody for “invasion of privacy by fixing the image of a person without his consent”. According to the regional daily, five victims were identified by the police.
