A man was hospitalized at the University Hospital of Nîmes after receiving a burst of nine bullets in the chest overnight from Saturday to Sunday. The shootings occurred in the Pissevin district of Nîmes. Transported in critical condition, his condition rapidly improved to the point that his life would no longer be in danger.
His brother, who brought him to the emergency room, was arrested after a gun was found on him.
