The association warned the public prosecutor of Evry and the dog was seized on June 22. He weighed 11 kg, against 23 kg before belonging to this owner who fed him with only 90 grams of food per day, far below the quantity necessary for this type of animal. The fate of this dog is all the more cruel as he had lost his first master, deceased. Its second owner had adopted it at the SPA of Vaux-le-Pénil (77). “The adoption was not controlled.
