A fire broke out overnight from Monday to Tuesday in a building on avenue de l’Amiral Hamelin in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, causing the death of one person.
The fire, which required a major device from the Paris firefighters, was reported shortly after midnight. He would have taken in a maid’s room, on the sixth and last floor of the building.
One dead and three injured
According to the authorities, confirming information from France Bleu Paris, the housing and the roof of the building were completely destroyed. The fire was quickly brought under control by the fifty or so firefighters present on site. Three of them were slightly injured.
The victim has not yet been identified.
