A 3-year-old child died early Monday afternoon when he fell from the 10th floor of a building, reports France Bleu Nord. The tragedy occurred in Haubourdin, near Lille, in the North.
The parents had just moved in
According to the first reports, the little boy was following his cat who had slipped through the window. He seems to have fallen trying to catch it. The two parents, present during the accident, had just moved into this apartment a few weeks ago, according to the mayor of Haubourdin.
