A call for witnesses after the attempted kidnapping of a schoolgirl

She was walking home after class ended when she was followed by a man. Thursday around 5:30 p.m., a schoolgirl from Treillières, north of Nantes, was the victim of an attempted kidnapping. Monday evening, the Loire-Atlantique gendarmerie launched a call for witnesses.

According to the first elements of the investigation, the suspect was driving by car when he approached the 15-year-old girl, near the match museum. It was there that he raised his voice to ask her several times to get into his vehicle. A passerby finally intervened, shouting: “Leave her”.

Actively sought, the driver is visibly tall, and is believed to be 25 or 30 years old. He has a beard and mustache and has brown hair, longer on top.
