An important research device, led by the high mountain gendarmerie platoon (PGHM) of Annecy, was mobilized on Monday afternoon around Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval (Haute-Savoie).

Sunday left to trail in this area, a 27-year-old man had in fact not given any news to his relatives. About fifty resources have been committed on site, including a dog team, as indicated The Dauphiné Libéré, in order to find the young trail runner.

The weather conditions made this research very difficult, due to the snow that fell on Sunday evening. On Monday evening, his lifeless body was spotted near the Sales waterfall, and it could not be recovered until Monday night to Tuesday.
