A 20-year-old young woman died this Thursday at the Caen University Hospital, where she had been admitted in absolute urgency a few hours earlier. The victim was found in the early hours of the morning, hanging from the fence bordering the Palais des sports in Caen (Calvados). His pants were visibly trapped in the wire mesh. According to the public prosecutor of Caen, joined by 20 minutes, the victim was discovered “unconscious and hung by a piece of clothing on a fence, head towards the ground”.
Supported by the firefighters, the young woman died around noon in the hospital. An investigation is opened in search of the causes of death, specifies the public prosecutor’s office of Caen. The victim’s evening schedule is being verified.
