Kiel: Holtenauer Hochbrücken completely closed after collision with freighter
B503: The Holtenauer Hochbrücke is closed to traffic in Kiel after an accident. The Kiel Canal is also affected, ships are currently not allowed to pass through it.

keel. The Holtenauer high bridges in Kiel are still fully closed. A freighter struck and damaged both bridges with crane booms around 4.30 a.m. on Wednesday. As the police control center reports, the ship has loaded crane components from Rostock for Esbjerg. After leaving the Holtenau lock in the direction of Brunsbüttel, the collision occurred.

Holtenauer Hochbrücke: B503 between Holtenau and Wiker nodes closed
Federal highway 503 in Kiel has been completely closed since the collision between Holtenau and the Wiker node.
