Axel Springer Verlag has to pay compensation of 30,000 euros to actress Julia Stemberger. The Schöneberg Regional Court in Berlin has confirmed a ruling by the Berlin Regional Court from November 2019, against which Springer appealed. The case concerns a serious violation of the actress’s personal rights through the reporting of the actress Image, as it says in the reasoning for the judgment.
