When selling the Germany ticket, MVG annoys its customers who have to queue for hours. The question also arises as to what has actually become of the digitization of the offer.
More than 200,000 passengers from Munich and the surrounding area have taken out a subscription for the Deutschlandticket with the Munich transport company (MVG). The majority switched from an existing subscription to the new offer, the rest – at least 90,000 – are new customers.
