After the closing of the submission of lists on Sunday evening, all the candidates for the legislative elections of June 30 and July 7 are now known. In total, nearly 4,000 of them are running in France’s 577 constituencies to be elected MPs.
This election will be held in full accelerated political recomposition after the adventurous dissolution of the National Assembly by Emmanuel Macron on June 9, between the alliance of left-wing formations under the label of the New Popular Front, the withdrawals of elected officials disappointed within of Renaissance, and the rapprochement between the leadership of the Les Républicains party and the National Rally.
