Monday, in the Aunettes district in Evry, a young man, who was leaving college with two friends, was stabbed for no apparent reason. Injured in the thigh at the level of the femoral artery, his vital prognosis was still engaged on Friday, with a “minimum risk for the use of his legs”, according to a source close to the investigation.
He admits to being the author of the stabbing
The suspect, just 14 years old, who went to the Evry police station on Tuesday, was indicted for attempted murder and remanded in custody, according to the prosecution.
In custody at the Essonne judicial police, he admitted to being the author of the stabbing, said the close source. A man was violently hit by a car
The same day, in another commune of the department, in Draveil, a 20-year-old man was seriously injured after being violently hit by a car. His vital prognosis was still “very engaged” on Friday. Two young men, aged 18 and 23, were arrested on Wednesday by departmental security police and were presented to a judge on Friday, in particular for “attempted assassination”.
The first elements of the investigation, entrusted to an examining magistrate on Wednesday, showed that the facts took place in “reprisals for brawls between two rival districts” of the city, according to a source close to the investigation.
Last year, three young people, including two teenagers, died in violence between young people in Essonne.
